I mix the garbanzo and sorghum flours for most of my gluten free baking.

I use a lot as it is called for in my gluten free bread recepies. Makes a good loaf of bread.

We mix this with Potato Starch and Tapioca Flour for a base gluten-free flour to replace cup-for-cup wheat flour in any recipe and everything turns out great. 1 bag sorghum, 1 bag potato, 3 cups tapioca.) Great price at iHerb!

I love Bob's Red Mill gluten free flours and mixes, they are easy to work with and at a reasonable price, they fit in my budget.

I use this with several other BRM flours to make a gluten-free base for biscuits and such. Really nice and will buy again
