I love using Sorghum flours in cookies and brownies as it gives you an incredible texture and melt in your mouth results!

Great flour. The packaging isn't very practical as it can't be resealed and doesn't have much structure.

I use this flour for making a hot beverage, which I add a bit of coconut sugar and cinnamon. I also heard that it is good for making tortillas for tacos, so I still have to try this.
Great for gluten free baking!

This flour is sweet itself so no need for too much sugar!

I guess I could say the same thing about the Sorghum flour and with the Millet. I use both of the flours in my gf bread and the bread always turns out tasting fresh and light. I trust the Bob's brand to be processed in a gf facility
