Does not contain harmful additives. Unconcentrated pleasant taste. Need to be refrigerated, or cube turns into a mess.

A lot of vegetable bouillons tend to be too bland where I sometimes find myself salting a cup up with even more sodium added! This bouillon is amazing and perfectly salted with nutritious sea salt!

Taste is weaker because it's without monosodium glutamate which is a flavor enhancer. But I like it definitely because it's natural! I know that my food tastes so well not because of a flavor enhancer but because I made it like this. ;) I will follow someone's advice to keep it in a refrigerator as it becomes squidgy.
