As a longtime Vitacost customer, I find your website really cumbersome to use. Too busy, too many steps to get to a product, basic product information not easily accessible, etc. I hope you will clean up and simplify your online shopping process. (Also- too many advertisements sent to email). Vitacost's website wasn't fantastic- but more user friendly than yours. Thank You

I always love knowing that your products are stored in the proper optimum storage temperatures and cool dark places for vitamins and herbal supplements for maximum potency. Unfortunately, Amazon does not offer this (Google this if in doubt) nor do a lot eBay sellers know their products former storage conditions, and a lot of eBay sellers don't even store them properly neither you actually have to ask them how they've been stored. Safe is bet to get the optimum stored vitamins at a very competitive pricing what's good discount codes through iHerb.

So sad the Vitacost has been replaced by iherb! I greatly miss the Vitacost brand products and the herb discounts are awful compared to what Vitacost used to offer!

I'm fairly new to iHerb, but so far, simple and logical to navigate. Not ready to weigh in yet on other aspects. I was happy to get a 10% discount for subscribing to a product for regular delivery of it. Happy to be able to ship it to my dad's house (I place orders for him). No issues yet.
