- Bring the mix to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour the solution over the tea bags in a 4-cup glass measuring cup.
- Allow the tea to steep for three to five minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and strain the tea.
- Stir in the milk and heat if needed.
